1785 Original buildings were a cotton mill 1965-66 The cotton mill is renovated, becoming a distillery under Deanston Distillery Co Ltd 1972 Purchased by Invergordon Distillers 1982 Silent 1990 Acquired by Burn Stewart Distillers plc and reopened

Own turbines creating electricity, powered by the River Teith Vaulted warehouse was former weaving shed, dating back to 1785
