Happy Robbie Burns day (January 25) to all of our Scotch of the Month Club devotees. This months whisky would surely be approved by the “greatest common man”, Robert Burns himself.
This month’s scotch selection is a personal favourite. While the youngest whisky produced at the Glenmorangie distillery, this scotch retains a refined and bold taste.
Glenmorangie Ten Years Old is a Single Highland Malt Whisky of great character and heritage, of unique flavour, bouquet and colour. It is produced in limited quantities in the time-honoured fashion by a small band of dedicated craftsman, the Sixteen Men of Tain.
With a light fragrance, and balanced flavour this is a great scotch to begin with, but complex and refined enough for the seasoned taster to enjoy as well.
